If you are going to have social media accounts, it is imperative that you consider your audience and ensure you are editing and monitoring your accounts accordingly. Without knowing him, just by reading the comments, I could see how this would affect people's perception of him and cost him his job at Disney. Disney has a reputation to uphold and they are very strict on their policies. Thanks again for the information.
